Nokia cutting the prices of Lumia 900 and 800 in anticipation of next-gen models
One would think that Nokia can't wait until it can unleash its new Lumias, the 920 and 820. Unfortunately, it has to wait, because Microsoft has decided to officially "release" Windows Phone 8 on October 29, which would mean that the phones will probably come in early November.

While waiting for the green light to go, however, Nokia has decided that it should try to move as much of its current stock as possible, slashing the prices of its Lumia 900 and 800 in Europe, according to CCS Insight, which is a British research firm. The Lumia 800's should be around 15% cheaper now, while the Lumia 900 is said to have about 10% cut from its price.

The Nokia Lumia 900 and 800 are still very capable and downright gorgeous phones, which deserve some serious attention, if indeed found at reasonable prices. With screens of 4.3" and 3.7", the two handsets manage to provide a comfortable viewing experience while remaining cute, compact and easy to handle.
