Nokia X6 support page goes live in India, global launch could happen soon
Despite the growing number of factors that point towards an international launch of the Nokia X6 such as an appearance on the brand’s official website or its certifications in Taiwan, HMD Global is still yet to officially confirm the smartphone’s arrival in other markets.
Regardless of this detail, however, the manufacturer is clearly preparing a launch in some major markets and has now activated the device’s support page in India. This allows those who may be interested in purchasing the device to access step-by-step walkthroughs that detail how to utilize the smartphone, covering everything from the initial setup to using the Pro camera mode or even simple tasks such as opening and closing apps. Aside from this, the PDF version of the manual also confirms that HMD Global has tested the smartphone’s compatibility with the Indian market requirements, stating that the device has been “designed to meet requirements for exposure to radio waves established by the India Department of Telecommunications.”
Due to the fact that HMD Global is yet to confirm the smartphone’s launch plans in India or elsewhere, it’s unclear if the specifications of the device have been modified at all. However, if all remains unchanged, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 should be featured along with various storage and memory options. Specifically, the entry-level model will ship with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, although a little extra money will bump the RAM count up to 6GB. Also, the latter will be made available alongside 64GB of internal storage for those looking for slightly more.
