Nokia N8 will officially go live on October 15 online while October 22 in stores
Pre-orders are definitely nice, especially for some of those die-hard fans who already made the decisions to side with a device, but for all the rest who are still curious about the Nokia N8, you'll have the opportunity to check them out in stores soon.
For the better part of the last couple of months, we've been see a host of retailers and carriers coughing up pre-orders for Nokia's latest flagship smartphone – the Nokia N8. Well, consumers will now have the ability to actually purchase the handset online starting on October 15th, but it'll only be available through Nokia's very own web store.
Conversely, it'll eventually make its way into stores all across Europe on October 22nd – which is actually later than the expected date of October 1st which was promised. Regardless of it, the likes of all the major UK mobile operators, with the addition of Virgin Mobile, Tesco Mobile, Phones 4U, and Carphone Warehouse will all dine with the Nokia N8.
So if you prefer going to a physical location to make your purchase, you may want to mark your calendars now as a reminder.
