Nokia Lumia 625 pics and specs leak: a preview of tomorrow's announcement?
Last week, we saw the Nokia Lumia 625 pass through certification in China, and today a new batch of pics and spec leaks came through on the device just after Nokia teased a "big" announcement for tomorrow. The timing of the leaks alone seem to indicate that the Nokia Lumia 625 will be the highlight of tomorrow's Nokia announcement.
The first leak came from Finnish publication Puhelinvertailu, and it confirms the specs we saw in the certification last week as well as specs we had seen in a rumor about the device from back in May. As was expected, the Nokia Lumia 625 should feature a 4.7" IPS LCD display with an 800x480 resolution and Gorilla Glass 2, a 1.2-GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 512MB RAM, 2,000mAh battery, a 5MP camera capable of 1080p recording, a VGA front camera, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, and an LTE variant with bands set for Europe, but that doesn't necessarily rule out an American release.
After that, good old @evleaks posted a few new pictures of the Lumia 625, which you can see below. As we all know, leaks tend to come at a faster clip just before the announcement, so it seems like a pretty good guess to assume we'll be seeing the 625 again tomorrow.
