Nokia Lumia 1020 press pictures are here, camera grip confirmed
All our dreams are coming true - the Nokia Lumia 1020 is definitely real and we already know almost everything about it. Here are the official press images, leaked out just hours before the official announcement of the 41-megapixel Lumia 1020.

Nokia’s camera superphone is indeed coming with the same super-large 1/1.2" sensor (almost the size of the Nikon CX sensor of the Nikon 1 series compact cameras. It will also feature optical image stabilization (OIS) and up to 6x lossless zoom in 720p video. Stereo sound recording is also on board, and so are a Xenon and LED flashlights.

The Nokia Lumia 1020 is a Windows Phone 8 device of course, and it comes with a brand new camera interface that will allow you to fine tune your shooting with manual options to select ISO, white balance and so much more.

We have already seen AT&T leak out the promo videos for the Lumia 1020, so it’s not a secret anymore. The only questions left are about the actual hardware, the price and release date, and we hope Nokia CEO Stephen Elop will answer them in just two hours. Stay tuned - we’ll cover the event as it happens.
