According to an image tweeted by evleaks, it appears that the Nokia Cyan update for Windows Phone 8.1 will start getting pushed out this summer. The master leaker was able to send out a picture, showing a leaked internal document that revealed the schedule when the update will be sent out for many of the Lumia models. The Nokia Lumia 1020, Nokia Lumia 1520 and the Nokia Lumia 920 are among the earliest scheduled to receive it.
The schedule you see is for the Benelux region (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg) and the Lumia phones in that area will receive Nokia Cyan before the carrier versions of the phones in the U.S. The updates get disseminated starting in the third week of July, continuing through early August. And every Nokia Lumia device, from the mighty Nokia Lumia 1520 to the low-end Nokia Lumia 520, will receive the update.
Earlier this year, Nokia released a "Black" update timed to go out at around the same time that Microsoft released the GDR3 update to Windows Phone 8 handsets. Like the Nokia Black update, Nokia Cyan is only being pushed out to Lumia handsets.
