Nexus One spare battery now for sale
There's no secret that all smartphones are battery hogs, but sometimes you just don't have access to a much needed charger in time to rejuvenate your handset before it begins to flash notifications about an imminent demise. Thankfully the Nexus One has a removable battery that allows owners to swap it in the event that one completely dissipates. Up until now, Nexus One owners had to literally rely on the stock battery that came with the handset because there were few batteries, unless you don't mind ones from third parties, made for it. If you prefer to stick with the original manufacturer for all your accessory needs, you'll be glad to know that an official spare battery is now available for sale through Google's phone ordering site. If you really require this savior, the battery will cost you a mere $25 – which we'd say might come in handy in those long trips where charging locales are few and rare.
