Newest Nova launcher beta intros a Lollipop-themed app drawer and circle animation

12comments

Tired of waiting for Lollipop to hit your handset any time soon? Well, you can get a pretty good approximation with third-party apps and launchers, save for the 64-bit changes under the hood, and all that. As usual, the most popular Android launchers out there are the first to redress themselves in the new Google Material Design style, and what more popular launcher than Nova.

Nova's beta channel just outed its latest 3.3beta1 update, and with it comes a self-styled Lollipop app drawer, which can be switched on from Nova Settings > Drawer > Show Pages as Cards, and appears with a cool circle animation. Nova is already updated with the general sweet graphics vibe of Android 5.0 when it comes to animations, icons and folders, as well as search, so the new app drawer style fits in that paradigm perfectly. Hit the source link below, if you want to give the latest beta a shot.
