Samsung may be making headlines these days (thanks to the announcement of its Galaxy Note 8), but LG doesn't want us to forget that it's also getting ready to announce a new high-end smartphone: the V30. Thus, the company today released yet anotherteaser video, this time touting the "immersive sound" that the LG V30 will apparently bring (though there are no details on exactly what that means).

A recent rumor had it that the V30 would feature Bang & Olufsen audio enhancements, so we're looking forward to seeing if that's indeed the case. As you may know, Bang & Olufsen is a Danish maker of high-end audio products, and it's already collaborating with LG. Last year's V20, for example, came with B&O headphones in the box.

Unlike its predecessors (LG V10 and V20), the V30 won't have two displays, instead sporting a near-bezel-less AMOLED screen of around 6 inches. The new smartphone will be officially unveiled on August 31, but it's likely that its design won't surprise anyone, as we've already seen plenty of renders and photos allegedly showing the device.
