Motorola RAZR MAXX priced for U.K. pre-order
The conditions of the deal/s may have changed since the initial publishing of this post.
Curious to know how long the 3300mAh battery would last on the Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX if it didn't have to feed the LTE radio monster? The other day we told you that the GSM version of the phone, the Motorola RAZR MAXX, was making its way to Europe and the Middle East. Now, U.K. retailer Clove has started taking pre-orders for the smartphone. The device will still have that massive battery but replaces the LTE radio with HSPA connectivity. In fact, the Motorola RAZR MAXX will support HSPA on 850MHz and 1900MHz, so it will work on AT&T's 3G and "4G" network.
So how much is Clove charging for the Motorola RAZR MAXX? How does 359 GBP sound? (approximately $570 USD). That is the price without the VAT. Throw in the taxman and the price rises to 430.80 GBP ($682 USD). Clove says the device will be in stock during the middle of next month. For every order for the RAZR MAXX received by Clove, the retailer will send the buyer a free Motorola MOTOROKR EQ3 Wired Compact Folding Speaker that works on any phone with a 3.5mm headphone jack.
