Motorola DROID Turbo 2 receives OTA update to Android 7.0
The Motorola DROID Turbo 2 is right now receiving its update to Android 7.0. Verizon is disseminating the update OTA, with software version 25.11.10. Once you receive the notification that the update has arrived, make sure that your battery is fully charged before proceeding. In addition, you should make sure that you are connected to a Wi-Fi network before continuing with the updating process.

Android 7.0 Nougat includes the multitasking multi-window feature which allows you to look at two apps at the same time. With the update, quick settings can be customized in the order that you want, and all of the latest emoji from Unicode 9.0 is available. The enhanced version of Doze will optimize your battery even when you're on the move. And don't forget the "Close All" feature that shuts down all of your open and active apps with one quick tap.

This is the third build of Android that has been found on the DROID Turbo 2. The phone launched with Android 5.1 Lollipop pre-installed, was updated to Android 6.0 Marshmallow, and now it is Android Nougat 7.0 that is running the show.
