Moto G6 Play caught on video ahead of official announcement
The entire Moto G6 lineup is supposed to be unveiled in Brazil on April 19, but the smartphones might not actually hit store shelves until May. Aside from the Moto G6, Moto G6 Play, and Moto G6 Plus, Motorola may introduce the Moto E5 (Plus) and Moto Z3 Play as well, but it's yet unclear whether or not they will be revealed at the same time.

In any case, if you want a closer look at the Moto G6 lineup, we have a fresh leak that shows the Moto G6 Play being handled by someone bold enough to upload the video on YouTube before the phone's official unveiling.

Although the person refers to the phone as the Moto G6, what you see in the video is actually the Moto G6 Play, which comes with a single rear camera, whereas the former features a dual-camera configuration.

Specs-wise, the Moto G6 Play is likely to be the cheapest of the three. Aside from the 12-megapixel rear camera, the smartphone is said to pack a 1.4GHz octa-core Snapdragon 430 processor, 2GB or 3GB RAM, and 16GB or 32GB internal memory.

Also, the smartphone sports a large 5.7-inch HD+ (720 x 1440 pixels) display, a fingerprint sensor, a massive 4,000 mAh battery and 4G VoLTE support.

According to a previous report, the Moto G6 Play will be available for purchase for just $199.99 and will start shipping in mid-May.
