Microsoft's golden Lumia 930 and Lumia 830 won't be available just in China
Earlier today, we told you that a gold version of the Nokia Lumia 930 was introduced in China. Not long after that, Microsoft confirmed that the golden edition of the handset, called Lumia 930 Gold, will be sold not just in China, but also in select markets across Europe, Asia, and Africa (no love for the US, though). In addition, a Nokia Lumia 830 Gold will also be released in the same regions.
Both the Lumia 930 Gold and Lumia 830 Gold have white and back variants - obviously with golden accents. Of course, there’s no real gold in here, just a golden paint job.
While the black Lumia 930 Gold is available starting this week, the white one will be released at the end of January. As for the Lumia 830 Gold, interested customers will have to wait until February to be able to actually buy one. Microsoft says that prices for the two handsets will vary by country and operator.

New looks aside, the Lumia 930 Gold and Lumia 830 Gold offer the same features as the original models, including Windows Phone 8.1 and 5-inch displays (1080p on the Lumia 930, and 720p on the Lumia 830). So, who’s looking forward to getting a golden Lumia?
