Microsoft will sell you the Lumia 550 with a free T-Mobile SIM kit for $99; deal ends June 20th
The conditions of the deal/s may have changed since the initial publishing of this post.
From now until Monday, June 20th, the Microsoft Store has a deal on the Microsoft Lumia 550. The price of the handset has been reduced to $99, a savings of $80 or 44% from the usual price. And as they say on those late night informercials, "Wait! There's more." Along with the phone, buyers will receive a T-Mobile SIM kit for free. That's a $40 savings.
If you're looking for a highly spec'd beast with the latest from Qualcomm and 6GB of RAM, this isn't the phone for you. But if you want an entry-level handset at a decent price that will take calls, snap pictures, get you online and more, this could be the device that you have been looking for. In addition, it is pre-installed with Windows 10 Mobile right out of the box.
The Microsoft Lumia 550 features a 4.7-inch LCD screen with a 720 x 1280 HD resolution. Under the hood you'll find the Snapdragon 210 chipset carrying a quad-core 1.1GHz CPU, and the Adreno 304 GPU. 1GB of RAM is inside along with 8GB of expandable native storage. Those seeking additional memory can access the 200GB capacity microSD slot. The camera combo from back to front weighs in at 5MP/2MP, and the 2100mAh removable battery provides the power to run the unit.
As we said, the deal ends on Monday, June 20th. And by the way, if you're in need of a last second Father's Day gift, you might want to consider the Lumia 550. If interested, click on the sourcelink.
