Those enrolled in the Insider Slow update program will be pleased to know that Microsoft released new updates for Office Mobile for Windows 10 Mobile devices.
Two apps that are part of the Office Mobile package have received new features and improvements: Excel and OneNote. Once again, keep in mind that the December update is now rolled out to Insider Slow members.
But let's start with the first app, Excel Mobile. The application now allows users to tap the Surface pen button to use Lasso Select on ink without visiting the ribbon.
Also, the latest version of Excel Mobile enables users to select and move objects with greater ease while working in this application. Users can now open even more files with Excel, since Microsoft added support for form controls and Scenario Manager.
Moving on to OneNote, the application features the option to add multiple Microsoft accounts to OneNote. It will be very easy now to add all of favorite notebooks to OneNote, even if these notebooks were created using different Microsoft accounts.
Lastly, Microsoft added the ability to Undo, so if you've change your mind you can rewrite your message quickly using this new feature.
If you're in the Insider Slow update program, then you should start receiving the new Office Mobile updates on your Windows 10 smartphone or tablet starting today.
