Microsoft Lumia 532 receives Brazilian certification
The Microsoft Lumia 532 has received certification from Brazil's Anatel, which is the country's version of the FCC in the U.S. Similar to Anatel's recent certification for the Microsoft Lumia 435, the manufacturer requested that no images of the phone be released until a confidentiality clause expires on January 30th.

The Microsoft Lumia 532 will probably be a Brazilian version of the Nokia Lumia 530. We've seen some uniquely numbered Lumia models before, such as the Nokia Lumia 521. This is a version of the entry-level Nokia Lumia 520 for T-Mobile, with some minor changes.

The model number of the Lumia 532 appears to be RM-1032. The handset is said to offer 3G connectivity and feature dual SIM capabilities. If this is a variant of the Lumia 530, it will have a 4-inch screen with resolution of 480 x 854, powered by a quad-core 1.2GHz Snapdragon 200 CPU. Only 512MB of RAM would be on board with 4GB of storage inside. In the likely event additional storage is required, the phone should include a 128GB microSD slot. The Lumia 532 will probably feature a 5MP rear-facing camera, and a 1430mAh battery that keeps the lights on. Whatever changes were made for the Brazilian market will show up once the model is unveiled. Considering that it has received Anatel certification, that should be soon.
