Microsoft Launcher beta gets new family features, Cortana improvements
Microsoft Launcher recently picked up another update in the beta channel, but if you're not into testing apps, we're going get you through all the changes that you'll get as soon as they're thoroughly tested.
First off, Microsoft continues to add family features to the Android launcher to make it safer for kids. However, in this build, the only addition is the option to show/hide kids in the Family card that parents can use whenever they like.
As the title says, Cortana has been improved as well with multi-turn SMS and calling support. Also, the update adds support for removing screens in overview mode via drag & drop gesture. If you're using the Microsoft Edge browser, you'll be happy to know that there are a bunch of improvements to reading news articles.
Finally, the latest Microsoft Launcher beta update brings a brand new toggle that allows users to hide the page indicator on the home screen. The latest beta is already available for download via Google Play Store, but for the final build, you'll have to wait a bit.
