Meizu m2 receives certification from China's TENAA
The other day, we showed you some leaked photos revealing the glossy, plastic back cover of the Meizu m2. Today, the unannounced handset has been certified in China by the TENAA regulatory agency. The listing with the agency includes the specs of the handset, which could be unveiled on June 30th along with the Meizu MX5 at a scheduled event.
According to TENAA, the Meizu m2 will be equipped with a 5-inch 720 x 1280 resolution screen. Powering this model is the 64-bit MediaTek MT6735 chipset, which includes a quad-core CPU and the Mali-T720 GPU. 2GB of RAM is inside. The rear-facing camera weighs in at 13MP while the front-facing 5MP shooter is ready to shoot selfies and handle video chats. Keeping the lights on is a 2700mAh battery and Android 5.0.1 is pre-installed. Besides offering dual SIM capabilities, the phone supports 4G LTE connectivity.
