If you're in the market for an affordable handset with a trendy design, Maze's latest deals at Gearbest might be worth checking out. In order to commemorate the Chinese New Year, the manufacturer is reducing prices across its entire smartphone portfolio, including the recently-released Maze Alpha X.

The Alpha X is Maze's best phone to date. It flaunts an "all-screen" design that's quite akin to the Xiaomi Mi Mix - extra slim bezels on the top, left, and right and a thicker "chin" at the bottom.  It comes in two storage variants – 64GB and 128GB, and these usually retail for $249.99 and $299.99, respectively. However, until February 11th, you can grab the 64GB version for $40 off at $209.99, while the 128GB variant is enjoying an even bigger discount at $249.

For your money, you will get a 6-inch Full HD LG-made display with an 18:9 aspect ratio and Gorilla Glass 5 on top, an octa-core MediaTek Helio P25 chipset, 6 GB of RAM, a 16 MP rear camera + an 8 MP Sony-made selfie camera, a large 3,900 mAh battery, and a front-mounted fingerprint scanner.

As mentioned earlier, you can also find some other neat deals for Maze phones at Gearbest. The original Maze Alpha comes with a design that's almost identical to the Alpha X, but its 6-inch 1080p screen is with the classical 16:9 aspect ratio. Meanwhile, the leather-clad Maze Comet is also enjoying a discount. Both of these smartphones are now on sale for $149.99.
