Low end Nokia C2-01 & C1-01 are expected to grace Orange UK

If you're searching for long forgotten candy-bar phones that employ physical keypads, then you're in luck now that both the entry-level Nokia C2-01 and C1-01 are destined to hit Orange UK's lineup. The Nokia C2-01 is the better spec'd handset, but not much compared to most contemporary offerings – however, it features a 2” QVGA display, 3G connectivity, Bluetooth 2.1, FM radio, 3.12-megapixel camera, and a microSD card slot.

Secondly, the Nokia C1-01 might not necessarily come off as better, but it should nonetheless offer the essentials with its 1.8” 128 x 160 display, 3.5mm headset jack, VGA camera, and microSD card slot. Orange UK customers can expect to see both handset grace the carrier's lineup, but there is no official word on when that'll happen or what kind of pricing we'll see with them. Nevertheless, they should happily agree with people who want to use their phones in the cold without removing their gloves.
