A tipster for Tmo News turned over to them some leaked promotional material for the phone from T-Mobile. Right on the bottom of one of the pages it says that Pre-orders start on October 19th. That dovetails nicely with our expectation of a November launch on the nation's fourth largest carrier. You can also make out that Titanium and Winter White will be the two colors that the CLIQ will wear for the wireless operator. It also appears that there will be two data plans available for the device. One offers unlimited voice, data and texts while the other one offers unlimited data and 400 texts (includes IM and emails).
