Leak reveals model number for AT&T's LG G4?
A leaked document containing an RDF file reveals an LG phone with the model number LG-H810. According to those who claim to know, this is actually the LG G4 for AT&T. And no surprise, the file shows that the device will feature a screen with a 1440 x 2560 resolution. Considering that the LG G3 is already carrying a QHD display, we wouldn't have expected anything less for the next flagship model.
The real cheesecake will be found under the hood where LG plans on employing the SoC that seems to be the choice for most early 2015 flagship models, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810. Other phones like the Samsung Galaxy S6, Xiaomi Mi Note Pro and the Sony Xperia Z4 to name a few, should be rolling off the line with the 64-bit octa-core chip inside.
Just a few days ago, we told you that an Android 5.0 dump revealed that a wide 16MP rear-facing camera will be on the handset. That is a bump up from the 13MP rear snapper that currently graces the back of the LG G3.
Thanks for the tip!
