Latest Samsung commercials show why the Galaxy Tab S may be better than Apple's iPad
Not long after releasing a Galaxy S5 commercial that called iPhone users “wall huggers”, Samsung now has two other commercials that compares some of its newest devices to Apple products - though this time it’s doing it in a more subtle way.
The new commercials are showcasing the Galaxy Tab S series’ strengths, including the high contrast ratio of Super AMOLED displays, and the ability to multitask. According to Samsung, “compared to many LCDs”, a Super AMOLED display provides “100 times higher contrast.”
As you’ll see in the videos embedded below, Samsung pits its Galaxy Tab S against an unnamed tablet that looks just like Apple’s iPad Air (which, as you may know, features an LCD display, and can’t properly multitask).
Both the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 and Galaxy Tab S 8.4 are available to buy in the US since the end of June. Samsung is selling the 10.5-inch model for $499, and the smaller 8.4-inch one for $399.
