The tablet that can replace your laptop, according to the manufacturer, is the grand prize of a simple to enter contest that closes just before midnight EST tonight. Every friend who enters the contest based on your invitation, will earn you an additional entry.

A random drawing will be held on or around February 9th, and winners will be notified the very next day.
