LG launches the first G3 QuickCircle game, adds some fun on-the-go to the case
LG today announced “the world’s first mobile game developed exclusively for its windowed LG G3 case.” Called Puppy Pop, the game aims to prove that QuickCircle isn’t just about protecting the G3, but also about adding functionality to it. Thus, besides being able to place calls, control the music player, take photos, or check the time without opening the case, G3 owners now also have their very own game to play inside the circle.
Puppy Pop will be available for free via Google Play starting July 23. It’s a “match-three puzzle” game that allows you to share scores on your social network platform of choice.
LG didn’t say if other QuickCircle games will be released anytime soon, but it’s clear that the company wants to move forward with this idea. Developers interested in creating content specifically for QuickCircle can download the LG QCircle SDK from LG’s website.
