LG Windows Phone handset leaks, may come with the Mango update
Some leaked info about an LG WP phone codenamed E700 shows that it's to feature the IE9 browser that's expected to come with the second major update of Microsoft's mobile platform, which is popularly known as Mango.
This info originates from an .xml file that also discloses that this handset is to have a resolution of 480 x 800, which presumably places it at the mid-range segment of the market - this notion seems quite likely as it's safe to say this phone is to be released at least a few months from now.
As a matter of fact, it's yet unknown when this device will see the light of day, but two conclusions can be made from this leak - the first one is that IE9 with Silverlight support will be available prior to Mango's release, and the other is that this handset will launch with Mango on board, which is to say it will be released in late 2011 or at some point in 2012.
