Only minutes after we found out that the LG Nexus 4 can be pre-ordered in the U.K. through Carphone Warehouse, we came across this spy shot of the retailer's inventory system. The image reveals that in Old Blighty, the smartphone will cost about £390 SIM-free for those who don't wish to sign a new service contract only to get the highly-anticipated smartphone. That equals to about $630.
Another thing that the photo sheds light on is the possible existence of a white Nexus 4. So far, we've only seen photos of the LG Nexus 4 in black, but a white version will always be welcome. Pricing for the white model isn't shown, but it probably won't be any different from what the black variant will retail for.
But since all of this is unconfirmed information, it is advisable to take it with a grain of salt. The entry for the white LG Nexus 4 might be just a placeholder, and the price could turn out to be different once the handset is announced. Speaking of which, the latest smartphone from Google will be unveiled publicly on October 29, along with Android 4.2.
