LG G7 ThinQ leaks out again, this time in Aurora Black
The LG G7 ThinQ has appeared in yet another render, although this time it shows off the rumored Aurora Black color. LG has already confirmed that it will be unveiling the LG G7 ThinQ next week on May 2 in New York City. With only a short amount of time left to go, however, the leaks continue coming, with Evan Blass’ most recent tweet revealing the black variant of the device, expected to go by the name of Aurora Black.
The dark color is expected to act as the standard LG G7 ThinQ variant alongside the Platinum Grey option, which itself was also shown off earlier this week by Evan Blass from all angles. These two variants are expected to be the most widely available models, although depending on the market, certain consumers will also be able to purchase a Raspberry Rose-colored G7 ThinQ or one of the Moroccan Blue options, which will come in both matte and glossy finishes. Nevertheless, the latter options are expected to vary according to launch markets.
In regards to what features the LG G7 ThinQ will actually bring to the table, a tall display complete with a notch is set to be present – this can be customized by the user and will also include the option of being hidden. In regards to the rear, the company’s signature dual-camera setup will once again be making a return in the form of two, 16-megapixel sensors accompanied by a dual-LED flash and possibly a heart-rate monitor. Internal specifications should include Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 alongside 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.

With LG’s next AI-focused flagship set to be unveiled next week, the South Korean company will most likely confirm a mid-May release date in certain markets, but it may not be available globally until the beginning of June. In any case, with less than a week to go before the unveiling, it’ll only be a matter of time before every last detail is confirmed by LG.
