LG G2, Optimus F6 and Optimus F3 are coming to T-Mobile
Following the official LG G2 announcement today, T-Mobile has swiftly confirmed that it'll be among the carriers to offer the new flagship in the US, but that's not all. The nation's fourth-largest operator is also going to offer two more LG phones - the Optimus F6 and Optimus F3.
It's the LG G2 that we're most excited about, of course, seeing that it's the company's new top-shelf smartphone. It has a number of impressive features such as the 5.2" True 1080p HD IPS LCD screen, 13MP camera with optical image stabilization and Snapdragon 800 chipset, which can easily explain why we're so interested in this device. Sadly, T-Mobile USA doesn't reveal any availability or pricing details right now, but promises to make those public in the coming weeks.
Then comes the LG Optimus F6, which, in addition to carrying the company's former smartphone branding, will also have a sizable 4.5" IPS LCD display, 5MP camera and a series of other hardware and software features that should perfectly satisfy every mid-range smartphone user out there, as long as they enjoy LG's custom Android user experience. Availability and pricing details for the Optimus F6 also remain a mystery for now.
Finally, there's the little guy, Optimus F3, which is available immediately on T-Mobile. The carrier promotes this as its most affordable LTE Android smartphone, and it's actually better than a low-end device, with its 4" WVGA display, dual-core 1.2 GHz processor, 1GB RAM and 4 GB internal memory (yes, there is a microSD card slot). For a limited time, the Optimus F3 will be available with a $0 down payment and 24 equal monthly device payments of $10 with T-Mobile's Simple Choice plan (starting at $50 a month for 500MB of data).
