As much as we all love seeing prepaid wireless carriers aggressively going at it with their unlimited plans, there are just some people who don’t need the all-you-can-eat offering – but rather, stick it with only voice functionality.

With that in mind, Sprint and Virgin Mobile announced today their new payLo service which targets those individuals who simply want to make phone calls – and nothing else! Priced at $30 per month, the payLo service offers 1,500 anytime minutes, 500 text messages, and 10MB of data per month. In addition, they also have a $20 per month plan that provides 400 anytime minutes only.

Lastly, the Kyocera S2100 handset is now available for the inexpensive price of $39.99 and features only the basic features – such as a VGA camera and Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR. This basic phone is something that’ll surely become appreciated by those who don’t want anything fancy – not to mention an affordable plan to accompany it.
