JBL Link Bar Android TV soundbar with Google Assistant finally goes on pre-order
JBL Link Bar, the first soundbar with Android TV and Assistant built-in, is now available for pre-order in the United States, three months after it was officially unveiled. Just one retailer offers the soundbar for the moment, B&H Video, but others might join in the not so distant future.
The JBL Link Bar 100W stereo soundbar is available for $400, which isn't a bad price for what it has to offer. It's got Bluetooth audio streaming and built-in Wi-Fi & Ethernet connectivity, as well as Chromecast built-in and stereo configuration.
Also, the soundbar features three HDMI inputs that are all 4K-compatible. Moreover, it supports multi-room setups, which should theoretically allow users to stream the same audio in multiple rooms of the same house.
The bad news is if you decide to place a pre-order, you'll have to wait quite a long time to get your soundbar. According to B&H Video, the JBL Link Bar won't hit the shelves until October 16.
