Image of mystery large-screened Huawei phone and smartwatch leak
A tweet from evleaks on the weekend before MWC reveals a mysterious Huawei phone and a smartwatch. Based on previous renders sent out by the serial leaker, this is certainly not the Huawei Ascend G6. And based on earlier leaks, it is not the humungous 7 inch Huawei MediaPad X1. Whatever it is, it resembles the HTC One with its aluminum body.

As for the smartwatch, it would appear to receive phone calls. But with the small screen, it wouldn't appear to have the same functionality as say, Samsung's smartwatches. Just a couple of weeks ago, we told you that the Chinese manufacturer was bringing a smartwatch to MWC.

Turning back to the phone, comparing it to the size of the watch, it would seem to be carrying a pretty big screen, although not big enough to be in tablet territory. In addition, the device is receiving a call in the picture, which would rule out a pure tablet, but not a phablet.

If anything, this leak has really made quite a few people sit up and take notice, desperately waiting for Huawei to unwrap the devices that it brought to Barcelona.
