Huawei takes a jab at Samsung, promises "real upgrades" for its flagships
While Samsung is using its Galaxy Note 9 marketing campaign to mock Apple, its Android rivals use the same tactics against the South Korean company. Obviously, it's just a clash of words and perspectives, but some consumers really fall for words, and that's what these companies are really aiming for.
Huawei is the newest company that takes a jab at Samsung and the Galaxy Note 9, as the Chinese handset maker claims that it has already provided its customers with “real upgrades” when it comes to flagships.
We took a leap when we launched the Huawei P20 Pro, we're all about real upgrades that will make a difference everyday like a triple lens camera with 40mp, 5x zoom and much more. Imagine what will come next…
It's true that neither Samsung nor Galaxy Note 9 names are called out in the tweet, but the timing chosen by Huawei to publish it speaks for itself. I guess we'll find soon find out whether or not the Mate 20 Pro will actually pack four rear cameras, as the tweet no so subtly implies.
