Huawei Enjoy 5 unveiled with 4000mAh juicer; phone to launch in China only on October 16th
Huawei has officially introduced the Huawei Enjoy 5. The handset features a 5-inch screen with a resolution of 720 x 1280. That gives the display a 294ppi pixel density. Powering the phone is the MediaTek MT6735 chipset, which carries a quad-core CPU, and the Mali-T720 GPU. 2GB of RAM is inside, along with 16GB of internal memory. Those who need additional storage can access the 128GB capacity microSD slot on board.
A 13MP camera with an aperture of f/2.0 graces the back of the phone, while a 5MP snapper adorns the front. A huge 4000mAh battery keeps the lights on, and Android 5.1 is pre-installed. The handset offers dual SIM capabilities and supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS connectivity. Surprisingly, the phone weighs just 160 grams, even with the massive battery inside. At 9.7mm thick, it is a bit on the zaftig side.

Clad in a metal body, the Huawei Enjoy 5 is expected to be priced at the equivalent of $158 USD. Not bad for a handset that will keep going for hours after others are jonesing for an outlet. The phone will launch in China on October 16th, and you will have to live in China to enjoy the Enjoy 5. The model is not expected to be offered in other markets.
