How to add and remove favorite addresses in Google Maps, where to find stored favorites
Hello, hello! Ever wanted to be able to quickly jot down an address that you may inevitably need in the future, or just one that you travel to often? Well, you may or may not know that Google Maps allows you to add favorite addresses and the process is actually pretty quick, easy, and streamlined. The result is that the specific spot you bookmarked will now always be marked on your map with a pretty little star, as well as make itself present in your own little "places" list, for quick finding.
Of course, some addresses don't need to be remembered forever, so removing the star from the map is also an option. For those of you, thinking that this can be done by accessing the place from the "Your places" menu – alas, this option is not present – you have to click the little star and delete it from its very own details pop up.
But let's make this visual, shall we? Check out the slides below for a step-by-step on how to add, view, and remove favorite addresses from Google Maps.
