HTC throwing a party on October 6

HTC just announced on their Facebook page that they will be hosting a party on October 6 at the rock ‘n roll Roadhouse in London to celebrate the launch of devices with recently acquired Beats Audio.

The invitation doesn’t give too much detail as to what those attending may expect to encounter during the event. HTC has a couple of performances lined up and a “surprise headliner” waiting in the wings to steal the show.

The surprise headliner could simply be another performance or maybe even a new smartphone accompanied by the celebrated Beats Audio. At this point however, your guess would be as good as ours.

It should be mentioned that this party comes just one day before HTC’s media event where devices such as the HTC Runnymede (Sensation XL) and the Verizon bound HTC Vigor are said to be making their grand debut. Perhaps it would make sense that HTC would give everybody a preview by showing off a new device at their party.
