HTC One M9 owners on T-Mobile US are receiving a November security update. The update contains software version 3.39.531.41 and is 106.7MB in size. Following the update, the One M9 will be on the November 1, 2016 Android security patch level. The package doesn't include other additions or enhancements.
Considering that the HTC 10 and HTC One M9 both got security updates around the same time last month, it's highly possible that HTC's flagship phone will be receiving the November security patches soon, or is even receiving updates as we speak. However, there's no way to confirm that from T-Mobile's website yet, as the device support pages haven't been updated.
To check if your smartphone is receiving an update, go to Settings > About > Software update > Check Now on your device. If there's an update waiting, be sure to be connected to a Wi-Fi network, lest you lose some precious data.
