HTC EVO 4G LTE page goes live on Sprint, pre-orders kick off May 7th
The HTC EVO 4G LTE is the newest addition to Sprint’s famous EVO lineup and it’s a worthy device for the EVO moniker - it’s among the first to run on Sprint’s 4G LTE network, and also features Qualcomm’s Snapdragon S4 chip.
The EVO 4G LTE is based on the HTC One X but adds a kickstand and uses a different design. Pre-orders for the handset haven’t started yet, but the page for the handset is already live on Sprint. To book yours, you’d need to wait until May 7th, though.
The HTC EVO 4G LTE has a 4.7-inch Super LCD 2 display with a 720p resolution. Inside, there’s a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, powering Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich skinned with the latest HTC Sense. The back houses an 8-megapixel camera, while up front there’s a 1.3-megapixel snapper, fit for video conferencing.
