Update, June 15, 2006: HTC Breeze is now known as the HTC MTeoR
There has been a rumor, about a new Windows Mobile smartphone manufactured by HTC and modeled
Breeze, earlier this year. The phone is a nice little bar-designed GSM with internal antenna and two cameras for taking picture and video calling over UMTS 3G networks.
It has a joystick instead of a D-pad and has some additional keys-line between the standard 0-9 keypad and the display, which in this case is a 2.2 inches large QVGA unit showing up to 65k colors.
On the right side the Breeze has camera and voice dedicated keys, while on the left there is a jog dial and microSD slot (HTC now uses microSD memory instead of miniSD or full size SD to reduce the size of the devices) just like with
the Hermes.
The smartphone features Bluetooth, Infrared, and miniUSB for local connectivity and GPRS/EDGE and UMTS for over-the-air data transfer. The Breeze also has 64MB of ROM and 128MB of RAM memory in just 0.6 inches (15mm) thick body.
