Gingerbread and Honeycomb on tap for the Samsung Galaxy Tab
Samsung India has confirmed on its official page that the 7" Froyo-running Samsung Galaxy Tab will be getting updated to newer versions of Android, as they roll out.

Gingerbread (Android 2.3) is supposed to be announced by the end of the year with a revamped interface, and tablet resolution support, while Honeycomb (Android 3.x) is expected to appear in early 2011. That's great news for Samsung's tablet owners, as we know the next versions will focus on looks and tablet usability in particular.
