Fleksy receives new premium themes, interface overhaul, and more than a dozen new languages
Fleksy, one of the rather popular 3rd-party keyboards for Android, has received a nifty and quite appealing update, which brings it to version 3.0. In line with the popular SwiftKey, which went free and received a ton of new features over a month ago, Fleksy has also seen some love in the form of performance refinements and an incremental interface overhaul. Apart from being a tad more rad in the interface department, the record-breaking keyboard has also scored a collection of 5 new premium themes in the Fleksy store, which enables users to choose customize the keyboard to their heartfelt content.
Moreover, Fleksy has been treated to some new languages and language variants, some of which have probably came straight from its beta version. The new additions are Albanian, Brazilian, Portuguese, Catalan, Croatian, English (AU), English (CA), French (CA), Estonian, Hebrew, Latvian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Serbian, Spanish (US), Spanish (LA), Slovenian, and Tagalog. Fleksy users that input in Arabic, Bahasa Indonesian, or Polish shouldn't feel left out, as the keyboard will soon support their languages as well.
However, unlike SwiftKey, Fleksy has not gone free. Users can make use of a free 30-day trial, after which the app will be available for $3.99. Nevertheless, be sure to check it out if you are looking for a replacement for the likes of SwiftKey, be sure to give Fleksy a try. It will probably land on your iOS device, too.

Apart from adding a slew of new languages, the developer has also updated the dictionaries of the already-existing ones. The typing and scroll lag have been reduced, too, which is a most-welcome improvement, isn't it?
