Fitbit Charge 3 leaked specs claim no built-in GPS, 7 days battery life
The first images of the unannounced Fitbit Charge 3 leaked early this month, but no details about specs were available at that time. The Fitbit Charge 3 is expected to be unveiled later this month at IFA 2018, but that has yet to be confirmed.

However, if you want to know more about the fitness tracker before it goes official, the folks over at AndroidAuthority have the scoop on the Fitbit Charge 3. Apparently, the wearable lacks built-in GPS, so you'll have to connect it to your smartphone to benefit from this specific feature.

On the bright side, the Fitbit Charge 3 should offer 7 days of usage. The fitness tracker is water resistant (up to 50m depth) and comes with a touchscreen display. Although it doesn't include integrated GPS, it does come with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and NFC (Near Field Communication) support.

Other basic fitness tracker functions are included as well, such as heart rate monitoring, workout and sleep tracking, as well as exercise. You'll also be able to change bands, but NFC support will only be available in the Special Edition version.

Fitbit Charge 3 will also come with the Quick Reply feature so that you can send quick messages when you receive a text message or a call from someone. Now, the only thing that remains to determine is how much the Fitbit Charge 3 will actually cost.
