All of the Android 4.4.3 updates for the HTC One (M8) include a combination of the older OS build, with the security fixes from Android 4.4.4. Don't expect the carrier branded versions of the HTC One (M8) to receive the update right away. The carriers need to test out the update first, which leads to a delay before it is pushed out to their customers.
