Dual SIM LG L80 with Android KitKat reportedly coming soon
Not long after we presented you the LG L65, here we have yet another unannounced handset that’s seemingly included in LG’s new L Series family. The smartphone that we’re talking about is called LG L80, and was revealed yesterday by Russian website Hi-tech.mail.ru.

Like all other L Series handsets, the LG L80 is supposed to be an affordable device. Even so, we’re a bit disappointed to find out that its large 5-inch display has a resolution of only 480 x 800 pixels - which translates into a very low 187 ppi density. Well, at least the smartphone runs Android 4.4 KitKat, and comes with the new Knock Code screen unlocking feature. The L80 also offers dual SIM capabilities (with a dedicated key to switch between SIM cards), a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, 4GB of internal memory, microSD card support, and a 2,540 mAh battery.

The LG L80 should be released in Russia (and probably in other markets) in the coming weeks, and it looks like it will be available in two color versions: black and white. The smartphone’s price isn’t known at the moment.
