Doogee S6000 with 6000mAh battery gets bumped to 2GB of RAM for the same price
The Doogee S6000 features a massive 6000mAh battery, but the initial specs showed that only 1GB of RAM was inside the device. That is, until now. A report published today says that the company has decided to double the amount of RAM available on the phone to 2GB, all without jacking up the price by even one red cent.

The Doogee S6000 will be priced at a quite affordable $139.99. The remainder of the specs include a 5.5-inch, 720 x 1280 resolution 2D glass screen. The 64-bit MediaTek MT6735 SoC is under the hood with a quad-core 1.5GHz CPU and the Mali-T720 GPU. 16GB of internal storage is included. An 8MP snapper is on back and offers an aperture of f/2.0 so that you can take photos under less than optimal conditions. A 5MP camera adorns the front of the phone and is ready to snap selfies. With the MediaTek Pump Express, you can charge your 6000mAh battery to 75% full in just 30 minutes. Android 5.1 is pre-installed.

The screen covers 80% of the real estate on the front of the handset, and the battery provides two days of battery life even with heavy use of the handset (five days with moderate use). At 9mm thick, the phone still presents a slim look considering the size of the battery. All things considered, the Doogee S6000 brings a lot to the table considering the price. We expect to see the Doogee S6000 available in August.
