Deutsche Telekom does not intend to sell T-Mobile USA
The Wall Street Journal Europe, citing unnamed sources, earlier reported that Deutsche Telekom (DT) has been discussing the sell off of T-Mobile's USA unit at an estimated 25-30 billion USD.
But German daily Sueddeutsche Zeitung, citing unnamed sources close to the management of DT, reported that Deutsche Telekom AG doesn' intent to sell its US mobile phone unit the T-Mobile USA. The source added that earlier reports have been 'purely fictitious' and have been invented by financial investors in the US.
