Dell Streak 7 is impressively launching February 2 for $199 on-contract
Can you really say wow? That's because T-Mobile managed to turn heads after announcing that they intend on launching their next Android powered tablet in a mere couple of days.
Even after finding the $330 pricing of the Dell Streak was none other than a “technical error,” the latest announcement regarding the upcoming tablet is surely both surprising and uplifting. After seeing the Samsung Galaxy Tab debut at what some considered to be a higher premium price, the Dell Streak 7 for T-Mobile will be launching at the easy to swallow price of $199.99 on-contract after a $50 mail-in-rebate. And to make thing even more juicy, it's launching on February 2nd – which is this coming Wednesday.
For the impressive price, you're simply getting more than a larger sized version of the original Dell Streak. In fact, it's going to have the prestigious title of being the first 4G-enabled tablet for the carrier. Furthermore it's going to feature spectacular things like a 1GHz dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor, 5-megapixel auto-focus camera, 1.3-megapixel front facing camera, HSPA+ connectivity, 7” WVGA touchscreen, and will be powered by Android 2.2 Froyo.
