Deal: Unlocked Samsung Galaxy S8 drops to just $400 at Best Buy
The conditions of the deal/s may have changed since the initial publishing of this post.
Even though it's a rather old flagship, the Galaxy S8 is a great smartphone considering the price. After being priced a little above $700 at launch, the Galaxy S8 is now available for purchase via Samsung's online store for $500.
So, it's a $100 discount for each year since the phone was launched on the market. However, Best Buy is making the Galaxy S8 even more appealing by dropping the price to just $400, $100 off MSRP.
The phone comes unlocked, which means it will work with all major carriers in the US, including AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon. Also, the smartphone is compatible with prepaid carriers like Cricket, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Simple Mobile, Total Wireless, Tracfone, Net10, and Mint.
Also, you won't have to activate the phone immediately after you buy it, so that's another plus. The Galaxy S8 will probably receive an Android 10 update, but that's likely to be the last major OS update the phone will get, so keep that in mind when deciding whether or not to buy it.
