Deal: Unlocked Moto G6 Play price drops to just $100 at Best Buy (carrier activation required)
The conditions of the deal/s may have changed since the initial publishing of this post.
Despite the fact that the Moto G7 series is already out, the last year Moto G6 phones are still solid choices for those looking for a mid-range Android smartphone below the $200 price mark. The problem is the Moto G7 and G6 phones cost about the same, and it would probably be a bad decision to get an older model.
Unless that price is much better, of course. Best Buy is running a sale on some of Motorola's smartphones, and while the Moto G7 phones benefit from slight discounts as well, the Moto G6 Play is half off right now.
If you don't mind activating the Moto G6 Play with Sprint, you can purchase the phone right now for just $100. If you prefer AT&T or Verizon, you'll have to come up with $150 upfront. Sadly, in case you don't plan to activate your phone immediately, there will be no discounts on the Moto G6 Play.

The phone comes unlocked and includes 32GB expandable storage (up to 128GB) and 3GB RAM, a more than decent hardware configuration for a mid-range smartphone. You can check out our Moto G6 Play review for more details about the phone.
