Deal: Google Pixel 2 XL is $150 off in the US, requires activation on Project Fi
Now that Google stopped selling the Pixel and Pixel XL, the only flagships that customers can buy directly from the search giant's website are the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL. The situation will remain unchanged until later this year when the third-generation Pixel phones are supposed to make their debut on the market.

Still, fans of the Pixel series will have to wait quite a lot of time until the Pixel 3 arrives, so a deal on one of the current Google flagships may be a better idea. The Pixel 2 XL is now on sale on Project Fi and although you'll be saving $150, you'll still have to pay quite a high amount for the top-tier handset.

Starting April 22 at 8:00 am PST and until 11:00 pm PST, customers can buy the Pixel 2 XL for $699 (64GB model) and $799 (128GB model), respectively. The deal requires activation on Project Fi and, as mentioned earlier, it's only available for one day.

The $150 discount on the Pixel 2 XL may seem like a great deal, but if you can't afford to pay upfront for the smartphone, you can also get it for $29.13/month for 24 months.
